A huge congratulations to the brave members of Team Miller who recently completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge in an impressive 11 hours and 20 minutes! This demanding trek involved walking the three highest peaks in Yorkshire – Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough – covering a total distance of 24 miles. The challenge is known for its rugged terrain and unpredictable weather, making it a true test of endurance and teamwork.

With a mix of staff from Engineering, Shopfloor and Logistics through to Finance, Marketing and Sales, the team’s efforts helped to raise over £2,000 for the Lighthouse Charity. Providing emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing to construction workers and their families, the Lighthouse Charity is the only one of its kind in the UK and Team Miller’s efforts will help to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in the construction community.

Special Thanks

We would like to extend an extra special thank you to our main sponsor, STAUFF UK, for their support throughout this challenge. As well as donating £1000, the company also kindly provided the team with warm hats, which came in very handy whilst they trekked the cold and misty conditions at the summit of each peak.

We also want to express our gratitude to our valued customers, Taylor & Braithwaite, and our generous suppliers – Hayakawa Electronics, MK Electrics, and EPG Global – for their sponsorship. Your contributions have played a significant role in helping us reach our fundraising goal.
